Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

• Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team at support@stylerebellion.shop with your order details and reason for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• If approved, a full refund (excluding original shipping charges) will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

• If the item is found to be used or damaged, the return will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We sincerely apologize if you receive a damaged or incorrect item. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order number

• A brief description of the issue

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
